Polish away scratches, spots and haze in lens covers for improved driving safety!

Most vehicles now have a protective, transparent, plastic lens covering the headlights. These lenses protect expensive lamps from flying stones and road debris but will discolor over time. These lenses become opaque and cloudy from surface scratches (abrasions from sand and grit), water spots, pollution, stains and ultraviolet light. This can severely restrict the amount of light reaching the road which makes night driving dangerous.

The vehicle shown below is a nine year old Nissan owned by one of our customers. The headlight lenses were so bad that he didn't like his wife to drive at night. Replacing the lens assembly would have cost nearly $500.00. With our Black Baron Plastic Lens Polishing Kit and a cordless drill (not supplied with the kit) we were able to restore the clarity of both lenses in less than 20 minutes.

This is more than a simple cleaning kit, it is a professional POLISHING kit. The kit uses two different grades of polish with two different foam pads to remove scratches, water spots, stains, haze and blemishes while restoring optical clarity.

Customer Feedback:

"I just got this (Plastic Lens Polishing Kit) and it is the best thing that I ever bought. The results are fantastic. My headlight lenses were cloudy like egg white and now I can see inside where the bulb is. It's just like new. Unbelievable...this stuff really works. Thank you for a fantastic product."
Steve T

"WOW is all I have to say about the product I purchased from you. That plastic polish (PLE kit) for my headlights is unbelievable. I easily applied it to the headlights and oh my God I have 95% clearer lights. Just wanted to say thanks!"
Out of the fog,
Brian A., Lindenhurst, NY.

"I used the PLE kit and found it to work beyond my expectations. My head lights looked as if they were on low beam when in fact they were on high. I now see where I'm going on a dark road. Thank you again for having a product to save the day.
Robert R., Charlotte, NC

"I received my Plastic Lens Polishing Kit today and couldn't wait to try it out on my 1990 Bronco II's plastic headlight lenses which had become so cloudy that I had to drive with my high beams on in order to see. I am very pleased to report that the lenses are much clearer now and though they don't exactly look like new, the improvement is remarkable. I polished the other plastic lenses (tail lights, etc.) as well and they all look better. I am so pleased that I don't have to purchase expensive replacement lenses. Thank you so very much!"
Susan T., Jerome, AZ

"This kit  worked just as Classic Motoring said it would! It saved my brother hundreds in new lenses for his Mustang."
Karl P., Westminster, MD.

"Just received your Plastic Lens Polishing Kit. I read about it in the AAA Car & Travel Magazine. The headlights on my 1994 Mercury Villager were yellowed to such a degree that night driving was becoming a horror. Frankly, I was ready to order new lenses but I waited until I'd give this a shot.

The results? AMAZING...It worked...I mean, IT WORKED! Crystal clear again...I can see again.

Kudos to you all for putting this package together."
Art C., Ossining, N.Y.

"I'm glad I decided to spend the extra money and buy the kit with everything included. After everything was completed, I couldn't believe the difference. Just last night, when I was driving home at dusk, I could actually see the lights on the road ahead of me which I could barely see before. Better than spending several hundred dollars on new headlights!"
Janet S., Lockport, NY

"Just used the Black Baron Polishing Kit. It's GREAT! AWESOME! This 2000 Acura TL travels 2-4 times a month from California to Arizona. The sand and dryness of the weather had etched the lens so bad that the dealer and several detailers said they would have to be replaced at a cost of $1500. per headlight! I attached some before and after photos."
Miguel I., San Diego, CA

Note: UV induced discoloration does permeate through the plastic over time. The key is early treatment. While most of the cloudiness is on the surface, severely discolored lens can not be brought back to optical perfection. In the case of our nine year old Nissan, the improvement in light transmission, after polishing, was enough to allow safe night driving and save the customer $500.00 in replacement lens cost.

Note #2: We've run into two instances where the car was repainted and the body shop sprayed a clear coat over the plastic lens. This puts the discoloration under the clear coat. This kit will not remove clear coats. The only way to restore clarity to lens that have been clear coated is to wet sand the clear coat off the lens and then polish the plastic lens with this kit.

This kit contains enough products to easily restore the lenses on two vehicles. Extra pads and polishes are available below if needed to polish additional vehicles or larger plastic surfaces.
