Pour-N-Restore
  Sweep away oil and grease
stains in concrete!
Pour-N-Restore combines the
cleaning power of a liquid degreaser and a dry absorbent into one unique
formulation that is user friendly and incredibly effective at emoving stains from concrete. Now you can safely
remove tough oil and grease stains from concrete surfaces without scrubbing!
Simply pour it onto the stain and walk away. When Pour-N-Restore dries to a
powder, you simply sweep it up. It's that easy!
| How it works:
Pour-N-Restore soaks
into the concrete, breaks down oil deep in the pores and molecularly locks
onto oil particles. As it dries, the oil is pulled up to the surface and
absorbed as Pour-N-Restore begins transforming into powder. When it is
completely dry, the oil is simply swept up for easy disposal.
Pour-N-Store Features:
- No scrubbing. Simply pour on, let dry
and sweep up.
- Biodegradable
& Phosphate-free. Environmentally friendly.
- Removes oil residues prior to applying
floor coatings.
- Citrus-based formula.
- Also removes transmission fluid, brake
fluid, anti-freeze, grease and synthetic oils.

What customers say: |

Oil bay - before. |
Oil bay - after. |
"Pour-N-Restore works great! Both of our oil change bays were coated
with years of oil and grease. I tried cleaning the bays with several
degreasers but nothing worked. Finally, I used Pour-N-Restore. It pulled
up all the oil and grease in one application. It is definitely the best
concrete degreaser I've ever used."
Robert Holman - Michigan
"We had an oil stain on our front
porch on which we used all sorts of soap and even high pressure water but
the stain remained. Pour-N-Restore was highly successful and there is not
no trace of the stain."
Louis Pauzano Sr. - PA
"Being a skeptic, I was doubtful that
Pour-N-Restore would do the job. But after trying it on my driveway, I
found that it actually did what they said it would, even without
brushing."
Norman Carnow - Florida
"We have a self-storage business.
Customers sometimes have leaks of oil which leaves stains. We have used a
lot of different products to remove them but the only thing we have found
that works is Pour-N-Restore. It is easy and no mess."
Robert Stephen - IL
Performance Factors:
|
| Dry Time - The faster Pour-N-Restore
dries the more effective it is. Pour-N-Restore works best in a well
ventilated area (outside), with low humidity and a temperature over 70
degrees F. Pour-N-Restore will turn to a powder in a few hours under ideal
conditions. In poorly ventilated areas (enclosed room), in high
humidity, or in temperatures under 60 degrees F, it could take several
days for Pour-N-Restore to dry completely.
Prior Treatment - Use of other
cleaning products prior to Pour-N-Restore can inhibit product performance.
Sealed Concrete - Pour-N-Restore can
soak through tiny holes in sealants. In such cases, sealants may trap
moisture in the concrete, preventing proper evaporation. In one instance,
it took over 4 weeks for the moisture to completely evaporate and the
stain to disappear.
Age - The age of the stain is not a
factor. Rather it is the amount of oil in the stain that makes a
difference. Oil must be present for Pour-N-Restore to work properly. A
10-year-old stain that had oil deposited onto it continuously will be much
easier to remove than a 1-year-old stain that was stained once and never
had oil deposited on it again. In some instances, more than one
application will be required to completely remove a stain.

Darkness - Concrete may still appear dark immediately after
Pour-N-Restore is swept up. This is not oil, it is moisture from
Pour-N-Restore still trapped in the pores. Simply provide adequate
ventilation and allow the moisture to evaporate. this could take anywhere
from 15 minutes to 1 week depending on the environment. |
