The best washing pad I've ever
used.
Product review by Terry Freiberg.
I love it when good technology
comes together with good design. This wash pad is a perfect example.
As soon as you pick up The
Wash Bone you'll know what I mean. It just feels "right". It's
easy to grip if you're a man or woman, holds an abundance of soapy water and
absolutely will not scratch your car's finish.
Our Microfiber supplier took a
hunk of 9 x 5 x 3 inch thick foam, carved out the sides to form a bone shape,
covered it with super plush, 70/30 blend, Microfiber and created the best wash
pad I've ever used.
On the technology side, the
plush Microfiber allows grit and sand particles to migrate deep into the pile,
away from the washing surface. This prevents abrasive grit from acting like
sandpaper on your car's finish. While most Microfiber is looped to trap and hold
particles, this Microfiber is sheared. The open ended fibers allow grit and sand
to be released in the wash water. This cleans the pad every time you put it in
your wash bucket.
| The Wash Bone is softer
than cotton chenille, softer than sheepskin and will last for years with
proper care. After each use, rinse the Wash Bone thoroughly, squeeze out
excess water and allow it to air dry.
If
it becomes excessively soiled, it can be machine washed with Micro-Restore.
Spin dry at air temperature. |

I use two pads to wash my car. I reserve one pad for
cleaning the tires and wheels and a second pad for washing the rest of the
vehicle. I still prefer using a Microfiber
Wash Mitt to wash my bike but this Wash Bone would also be
great for washing boats and RV's. |
